Antimicrobial Resistance Problems in a University Hospital: DISCUSSION

The resistance of bacteria to antibiotics tablet, particularly those used for first-line therapy, is an increasing cause for concern. The continued surveillance of hospital bacteria and their resistance pattern is important in the management of nosocomial infections.

Overall Pattern A total of 1,718 isolates were studied.
