Antimicrobial Resistance Problems in a University Hospital: DISCUSSION

The resistance of bacteria to antibiotics tablet, particularly those used for first-line therapy, is an increasing cause for concern. The continued surveillance of hospital bacteria and their resistance pattern is important in the management of nosocomial infections.

INTRODUCTION The ill elderly often present with elevated nutritional risk and a history of weight loss.
